Golf Bidder Terms + Conditions for Club Champion

1. Customers cannot request a gift card in exchange for a trade-in.

2. The trade-in value cannot be applied to purchases of a lower amount than the trade-
in itself. No change will be given, and any remaining balance cannot be transferred to
a gift card.

3. Trade-ins are only accepted for clubs listed on the official Golfbidder website. Clubs
that show damage or significant wear and tear that may impact performance, or are
deemed unsellable, will not be eligible.

4. Sets that have missing odd-numbered irons are not acceptable.

5. Club Champion trade-ins are facilitated in partnership with Golfbidder Limited.

6. Trade-in services are not available to trade or wholesale customers and are only
valid in Club Champion stores.

7. Trade-ins will only be accepted for clubs that meet the independent criteria
established by Golfbidder Limited. Club Champion does not have any control over
the valuation process or acceptance guidelines.

8. To qualify for trade-in, clubs must be listed on the official Golfbidder Pro site.

9. Iron sets must include at least four matching clubs. Sets missing clubs or containing
duplicates are not considered valid sets and will not be accepted.

10. All irons in a set must have the same shaft type and flex, though the clubheads may
vary. Mixed shaft sets will not be accepted.

11. Combination iron sets consisting of hybrids and irons must include at least a #7 iron.
For example, a set may include hybrids for #4, #5, and #6, followed by irons for #7,
#8, #9, and PW. A set containing a #7 hybrid but lacking a #7 iron will not be
accepted.

12. All clubs must be genuine and not counterfeit.

13. Clubs that have been stamped or customized with personal markings will not be
accepted for trade-in.

14. The condition of clubs, including any damage or wear, will be taken into account
during the valuation. This may result in a reduced trade-in value or rejection.

15. Any headcovers, toolkits, torque wrenches, or related accessories must be included
with the trade-in.

16. Valuations are only provided in-store following an inspection of the clubs.

17. Prices quoted at the time of valuation are correct but may be subject to change
without prior notice.

18. Trade-in valuations are valid for a period of 10 days.

19. Customers trading in old clubs against a newly custom-fitted set must retain their existing clubs until the new order is fulfilled.

Please note that a revaluation of the trade-in may be necessary at the time of fulfillment. Any difference in valuation that
results in a shortfall must be covered by the customer.

20. Gift cards will not be issued for trade-ins.

21. There is no restriction on the number of items or trade-ins a customer may complete.

22. The credit from a trade-in must be used in a single transaction and is only valid for in-
store purchases.

23. Trade-in credit can be used to purchase any product available in-store.

24. All clubs being traded in must be cleaned before being brought to the store.

25. Club Champion reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or withdraw
this service at any time without prior notice and without liability.

26. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
