• To book, manage and deliver club fitting appointments

• To ensure the safe and secure operation of our website and studios, and to monitor website performance
• For marketing and advertising purposes, where you have consented or where we have a lawful basis to do so

We only collect and use your personal data where the law allows us to. Most commonly, this will be because:

• Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you (for example, an order or a paid fitting)

5.0 What Information We Collect and Where From

We collect personal data directly from you when you register on our website, book a fitting, request product information, call or visit a studio, or make a purchase. We may also collect information automatically through your use of the website. The categories of personal data we may collect include:

• Name, address, telephone number, email address and date of birth
• Appointment and fitting history, club specifications and preferences
• Order and purchase history
• Marketing preferences
• IP address and browser/device information
• CCTV footage, where a studio has CCTV in operation, for security purposes
• Payment information (processed by our payment providers — we do not store full card details)

6.0 Third Party Collection of Personal Data

Your personal data will not be shared, sold or distributed to unrelated third parties, except in the following circumstances:

• Where necessary to fulfil an order placed via the website or in-studio, or to provide after-sales service (including order tracking and delivery)
• Where we engage third-party providers to perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, IT support, our CRM and order management systems, payment processing, or marketing platforms. These providers only have access to the personal data needed to perform their function, are contractually required to keep it confidential, and may not use it for their own purposes
• Where you have given consent for your data to be shared with a partner or third party for marketing purposes
• Delivery and courier partners (for example, FedEx or UPS), strictly to process and ship your order
• Where disclosure is required to comply with a legal obligation, to protect the security of our systems, to protect someone's vital interests, or in connection with a sale, merger or reorganisation of the business

Finance and Credit Providers

If you choose to pay for your fitting or clubs using a finance or instalment payment option, we will share the information necessary to process your application — such as your name, contact details, date of birth, and order value — with our finance partner Novuna. Unlike our other service providers, the finance provider is an independent data controller for this processing: they will carry out their own credit assessment and decision-making, and their own privacy policy (not this one) governs how they handle your data for the purposes of your credit application and any resulting agreement. We encourage you to review their privacy policy before applying.

Any third party we share personal data with is contractually required to take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect that data and to maintain confidentiality. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place — see Section 13, "Transfers Outside the UK."

Some of our service providers and systems may be located, or process data, outside the UK (for example, where a supplier's servers are based overseas).
