When you place an order, we require a minimum deposit of 50% of the value of the goods. The remainder of the cost must be paid before or on collection of your new clubs.

We accept all major debit and credit cards (including AMEX), bank transfer, cash or digital wallet payments.

All clubs need to be paid for in full before they can be removed from the studio and will remain property of Club Champion until full payment is received.

Due to the custom nature of our clubs, your deposit is non-refundable once an order is placed. No refunds will be given but if you are unhappy with the performance of your clubs, we would be happy to have you back into the studio to reassess them and make build changes if necessary.

If you cannot collect your clubs in person delivery options are available, please contact us for a quote. We cannot be held responsible for any damage during transit.

Every manufacturer has their own warranty policy on their products. If there is a fault with one of your products, they may be returned to the manufacturer for assessment; we have no control over their decision. If your warranty item is replaced by the manufacturer and you cannot collect it in person, you will be liable to pay the return postage.
