Each manufacturer will have different warranties, and some manufacturers may not offer warranties on their products. Please contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty claims, including if you think a manufacturer’s product is defective. Club Champion does not make any warranties or guarantees regarding clubheads, shafts, grips, or other parts, including those items used to make your Club Champion-built clubs. All such items are provided by Club Champion “as is.” Club Champion will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or other damages arising from the use of your Club Champion-built clubs. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential, incidental, indirect, or other damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

The terms and conditions apply to Club Champion gift cards, both physical and electronic, and are subject to change at any time.

  • Club Champion Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise, golf club fittings and/or other golf club equipment services in our stores and online at clubchampiongolf.com when applicable.
  • Gift Cards have no value until activated by Club Champion at a store or online.
  • Gift Cards do not expire or impose any fees.
  • Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Except where required by law, Gift Cards may not be returned, refunded, redeemed for cash, applied as payment on any account, and/or used to purchase any other type of gift card.

Our fitting services are aimed at all levels of golfer, from complete beginners to tour professionals. It is very important to have the correct setup for your game, from the right shaft flex and length to the correct loft and lie angles, so you can improve consistency and enjoy your game.

We offer a wide range of services, from buying a new putter or wedge through to a full set of custom fitted clubs. However there is no pressure to buy clubs from us! You can just come in for a fitting to find out what specifications are best for you.

PAYMENT METHODS

When you place an order, we require a minimum deposit of 50% of the value of the goods. The remainder of the cost must be paid before or on collection of your new clubs.

We accept all major debit and credit cards (including AMEX), bank transfer, cash or digital wallet payments.

All clubs need to be paid for in full before they can be removed from the studio and will remain property of Club Champion until full payment is received.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Due to the custom nature of our clubs, your deposit is non-refundable once an order is placed. No refunds will be given but if you are unhappy with the performance of your clubs, we would be happy to have you back into the studio to reassess them and make build changes if necessary.

DELIVERY COSTS

If you cannot collect your clubs in person delivery options are available, please contact us for a quote. We cannot be held responsible for any damage during transit.

WARRANTY POLICY

Every manufacturer has their own warranty policy on their products. If there is a fault with one of your products, they may be returned to the manufacturer for assessment; we have no control over their decision. If your warranty item is replaced by the manufacturer and you cannot collect it in person, you will be liable to pay the return postage.
