CLUB CHAMPION GOLF "BALL24" PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Promotion Period: The promotion is valid for orders placed between 1st July 2024 to 31st July 2024.
  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for this promotion, customers must book a fitting between 1st July 2024 and 31st July 2024.The promo code " BALL24" must be applied at the time of booking the fitting. The customer must pay the fitting fee in full. The customer must purchase at least one golf club following the fitting session.
  3. Promotion Details: Eligible customers will receive a dozen Titleist golf balls, which may include Pro V1, Pro V1x, Pro V1x Left Dash, or AVX. The specific type of Titleist golf balls will be recommended by the fitter during the fitting session based on the customer’s needs and preferences. The recommended Titleist golf balls will be included in the delivery of the purchased golf clubs.
  4. Booking and Payment: Fitting sessions must be booked through the Club Champion Golf booking system online, over the phone or by email. The promo code " BALL24" must be entered at the time of booking to qualify for the promotion. The fitting fee must be paid in full.
  5. Club Purchase: To qualify for the promotion, the customer must purchase at least one golf club during or immediately following the fitting session. The purchase must be made at Club Champion Golf.
  6. Delivery of Promotional Items: The dozen Titleist golf balls will be added to the delivery of the purchased golf clubs. No separate shipping or delivery of the promotional golf balls will be arranged.
  7. General Conditions: This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. There is no cash alternative available for the promotional golf balls. The promotion is limited to one dozen of golf balls per customer per fitting session. Customers cannot combine this promotion with any other offers or discounts. Club Champion Golf reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at  any time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes regarding the promotion, the decision of Club Champion Golf will be final.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS WITHIN OUR NORMAL FITTING PROCESS:

SET THE BASELINE

Using Trackman or GCquad technology, our fitters will record five shots with your current club at the beginning of the fitting.

CREATE + HIT WITH YOUR IDEAL CLUBS

Armed with your swing and stroke data, you and your fitter will select from 50,000+ club combinations to create custom clubs that will maximize the effects of your hitting motion.

COMPARE THE RESULTS

If you haven’t improved your distance by at least 5 yards from your Woods or 3 yards from your Irons (or same improvement in dispersion), then you don’t pay for your fitting.* Spoiler alert: Our process is so good, we’re pretty confident we can!

 “PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT CHALLENGE” PROMOTION

PROMOTION OFFER TERMS + CONDITIONS:
Any customer that does not see performance improvement by the end of their fitting, will not be charged a fitting fee for that session. Fittings must be booked and completed by 30/4/24. Promo code provided must be used at time of booking.
 
ELIGIBILITY:
For customers who book & complete a custom golf club fitting at Club Champion.
 
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT TOOLS:
Club Champion uses state-of-the-art technology, such as GCquad or Trackman, to measure and analyse the performance of the customer's current clubs and our clubs.
 
SCOPE OF PROMOTION:
*This promotion applies only to Wood and Iron Fittings. (i.e.Wedges, Hybrids, and Putter Fittings are excluded from this promotion.)
 
HOW IT WORKS:
  1. Using Trackman or GCquad technology, we record five (5) shots with your current club at the beginning of the fitting and then compare those to five (5) shots with the Club Champion prescribed club at the end of the fitting.
  2. For comparison, we will consider the best three (3) shots from each set above.
  3. We consider an improvement if either of the below is achieved:
  1. The average total distance (carry + roll) with the Club Champion-optimized club is at least 5 yards (woods) or 3 yards (irons) greater than the average total distance with your current club.
  2. The average total dispersion with the Club Champion-optimized club is at least 5 yards (woods) or 3 yards (irons) smaller than the average total dispersion with your current club.
  1. Qualification:
  1. Your swing speed for each of the shots using the fitter-optimized wood is within 3mph of your swing speed with your current club.
  2. You must maintain the same dexterity, including identical hand positioning, with both your current club and the fitter-optimized club.

DATA SHARING:
  • All relevant data, including shot data from Trackman/GCquad, will be shared with you during your fitting session, but will be retained by Club Champion if the fitting fee is waived.
  • This ensures transparency and provides insights into the specific improvements observed.
  • These performance measurement guidelines are designed to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of your current clubs against the fitter-optimized options. The Club Champion fitters will use their expertise to interpret the data and provide recommendations tailored to enhance your overall golfing experience.
  • Performance data and recommended clubs spec will remain property of Club Champion Golf and not left with the fitting fee is waived and/or the customer decide not to proceed with the purchase of any club.
PERFORMANCE EVALUATION SESSION:
  • Customers are required to bring their current set of clubs for evaluation during the fitting session.
  • The Club Champion fitter will conduct a thorough analysis using our technologies to assess the baseline performance.
WAIVER OF FITTING FEE:
  • If Club Champion determines that no measurable improvement can be achieved with the customer's current clubs, the fitting fee will be waived.
  • The promotion is applicable to the fitting fee only and does not affect the cost of any purchased product.
 
REFUND POLICY:
If the customer is not satisfied with recommended products and chooses not to make a purchase, the fitting fee will not be refunded/waived if an improvement in distance or dispersion has been proved as per above terms. Limitations:
  1. The promotion is limited to one waiver per customer per fitting session.
  2. Customers cannot combine this promotion with any other offers or discounts.
DISCRETION OF CLUB CHAMPION:
Club Champion reserves the right to determine the eligibility of customers for the promotion based on the analysis of the fitting session data.
 
DURATION OF PROMOTION:
The promotion can be withdrawn at any moment without notice at Club Champion discretion.
